Exports
Faster, more reliable ZIP exports for large workspaces Workspace ZIP exports now run on dedicated infrastructure, keeping large exports from slowing down the rest of the app. Very large workspaces are automatically split into multiple ZIP parts, and you'll see live progress as each part is generated. Completed parts can be downloaded individually as soon as they're ready, or all at once with a new "Download all ready" option.
More resilient SAM exports If an image is duplicated, too large, or can't be processed, the export no longer fails outright — the affected image is skipped, everything else exports normally, and you'll get a clear warning identifying exactly which lot and image were affected.
Better GO export visibility Once a workspace has been exported to GO, the GO auction reference number is now visible in the workspace details, making it easier to cross-reference activity between AIM and GO. GO-enabled companies can also now choose from the full list of available categories, rather than only GO-specific ones.
PiQ
Reusable, named PiQ configurations PiQ configurations are now saved, named, and reusable across workspaces — instead of being locked to a single prompt per company. You can set a company default and override it at the workspace level, including right when a workspace is created. Each configuration can also define its own set of specification fields to extract. Contact us to talk about how we can add specific PIQ configurations for your company.
Inventory & Lot Management
A permanent Inventory Number for every item Items now have a durable Inventory Number that stays the same even when Lot Numbers are reordered or renumbered — giving you a reliable way to track an item over time. It supports natural sorting and filtering, can be edited by authorized users, and appears throughout item details, grids, mobile, and Lot Sequence.
A new Lot Sequence page Manually reorder your lots with an easy drag-and-drop interface — move individual lots or whole blocks at once, undo or redo changes, and choose whether to renumber Lot Numbers to match the new order. Prefer spreadsheets? You can also resequence lots by uploading a CSV. The page checks for conflicts if the workspace changes while you're working.
Administration
Automatic archiving for inactive workspaces Admins can turn on automatic archiving for workspaces that haven't been active for a set number of days, with a daily process, a manual "archive now" option, a preview of how many workspaces would be affected, and a dedicated filter for viewing archived workspaces. Workspace owners get notified when their workspace is archived.
Faster user onboarding Admins can create user accounts directly — no more waiting on email invitations. New users get a temporary password and can be assigned to workspaces immediately. Need to add a whole team? Bulk onboarding supports up to 50 users at once, with permissions set during creation and temporary passwords reissued if needed. New users complete their profile, accept the Terms and Conditions, and set a permanent password the first time they log in.
Navigation & Interface
A more consistent navigation experience Company and workspace administration pages now share a unified header, page switcher, breadcrumbs, and sub-tabs that adapt smoothly to your screen size. Several key administration lists have also been upgraded with better sorting, filtering, loading indicators, visible result counts, and layouts that remember your preferences.
Familiar selection restored in the Items Grid SHIFT-click and CTRL/CMD-click multi-selection are back in the V2 Items Grid. We've also improved how the grid saves your column layout, filters, and sort order, so your setup no longer gets reset unexpectedly.
Smoother item galleries on smaller screens The Lot Builder item page now keeps scrolling contained within the image gallery, and the image action menu stays fully visible and accessible.
Language Support
French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, and Bulgarian have been added, bringing the total number of supported interface languages to seven. You can choose your preferred language from a new flag-based dropdown in your profile.
