This article will cover the process involved in how administrators can assign workspace permissions to member users.
A users with administrator gets access to view and edit all workspaces, while a member user cannot access any workspaces until an administrator provides them with the appropriate permissions.
Changing Workspace Permissions
To change permissions for a single workspace, go to your dashboard and find the workspace where you need to change permissions. Click on the action menu (...), then click on Permissions.
You can chose permissions levels with the checkboxes to give out the right permissions for your workspace.
Permission Types
Permissions include:
- View - Able to see the auction and lots on mobile or web
- Edit Photos - Can use the photo editor on mobile or web
- Edit - Can change descriptions and custom fields for existing lots or add new ones
- Export - Can export the auction out of the system
- PIQ usage - Can use PIQ on items and full workspaces
- Admin - Can edit permissions on the workspace in question
