This article will teach you to use the gallery on the mobile workspace
The gallery tab on mobile workspace allows users to upload images for use as the workspace cover image or to be moved to other items in the workspace.
Accessing the Gallery
Open a workspace in the mobile app, then tap on the Gallery tab to view the current images in your gallery.
Adding Photos to the Gallery
Tap on the Add Photos button to add photos to the gallery. You can add images in three ways:
- Gallery: the leftmost icon allows you to select already-taken images from your phone's Gallery or Photos app
- Burst: this icon allows you to take multiple pictures at once and add them all to the item gallery
- Single: this icon allows you to take one picture and add it to the item gallery
Click on the checkmark in the top-right hand corner to confirm the upload or select images and delete them with the trash can.
Gallery Actions
On the gallery, you can take the following actions on images by tapping the Actions button:
- Delete: Delete selected images (tap on the check box to select an image)
- Move: Move selected images to another item
- Copy: Copy selected images to another item while leaving them on this item
- Rotate: Rotate selected images left or right by a number of chosen degrees
- Reorder: Drag images to change the order they appear on the item
- Private: Mark images as private to prevent them from being exported
