This article will teach you how to add audio notes to workspaces and items using the AssetTrax mobile app
In the AssetTrax mobile app, you can add documents to your workspaces and items in the same way you can on the desktop. Additionally, you can create audio notes to record sounds related to a workspace or item (such as as the sound of an engine or a radio advertisement).
Audio Notes on Workspaces
To add an audio note to a workspace, navigate to the workspace and then tap on Docs. Tap the microphone icon to start a new audio note.
You will then be brought to the area where you can create the audio note. Tap on the record icon to start recording audio through your microphone.
Once you have finished recording, enter the file name, description, and any other necessary info and tap Save
Audio Notes on Items
To add an audio note to an item, go to the item you wish to add a note on and tap Docs, then the microphone icon.
You will then be brought to the area where you can create the audio note. Tap on the record icon to start recording audio through your microphone.
Once you have finished recording, enter the file name, description, and any other necessary info and tap Save
